  So, the rare beef pho was very good, it was piping hot, full of flavour and a good portion. However, the beef was not rare, it had already been added to the broth along with the rice noodles before it was brought out.  I felt the bean sprouts they served weren't enough, nor was the mint and the ever so tiny piece of lime. All in all though, it hit the spot. Price was fair.
  
  The service was terrible!  The server was abrupt and very unfriendly, and she never once checked on us. We did not feel welcome there. The restaurant is dirty, the condiment bottles had caked on sticky filth on it.
  
  The worst thing was the fact that the steps outside had at least a foot of snow packed down on them. The City had cleared the sidewalks already, and every other business in the same strip had cleared their steps, but not this place.  This, and the unfriendly staff and lack of cleanliness inside will prevent me from returning here.
